Operational Capabilities

What I can do in a NOC / Network team:

  • Monitor network KPIs and detect anomalies
  • Troubleshoot service degradation and connectivity issues
  • Work in 24/7 operational environments
  • Analyze incidents and support service restoration
  • Document procedures and improve monitoring workflows

I like structured operations: monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement.

About Me

Telecommunications Engineer with a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Network Engineering from ÉTS Montréal. I have hands-on experience in FTTH access networks (installation, validation, OTDR troubleshooting) and strong interest in network operations and NOC environments.

I also build cloud-native lab projects using Kubernetes and Cloudflare Zero Trust Tunnel—useful skills for modern telecom infrastructure teams.
